KellyOCG, one of our clients, was just awarded the Number 2 spot on the HRO Today Bakers Dozen list. This article talks about how to approach recruiting in a way that might better attract top talent. The current method of accepting resumes, filing them in a black hole and “promising” a phone call is what everyone deals with. But Hank Stringer says
