Zachary Misko is a Director and a member of the Leadership Team for the global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice in Kelly's Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a division of Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB). Kelly is a world leader in human resources solutions with global headquarters in Troy, Mich.
As a Director at KellyOCG - RPO, the high growth RPO business unit in Kelly's global outsourcing and consulting division, drives strategic initiatives related to building more value around our RPO brand in the market for both our clients and our employees. These initiatives are critical to our goals of being a market leader in RPO as well as an employer of choice. Zachary's focus is on uncovering and leveraging opportunities for speaking engagements and exposure within publications, conferences, webinars, and on-line events in support of our thought leadership goals. Zachary also works to develop and execute our HR plan and Employer of Choice activities to ensure success within talent acquisition, retention and effective performance management.
KellyOCG - RPO works with Fortune 500 to develop and implement processes that improve and drive the hiring process, recruitment, onboarding, retention and selection functions within a company. He also works to provide KellyOCG - RPO and its employees with leadership and support as they continue to grow. KellyOCG - RPO is a market leader in RPO, providing an extensive range of solutions to manage internal hiring needs from customized hiring projects to end-to-end recruitment process outsourcing.
Prior to joining KellyOCG - RPO , Zachary managed Human Resource functions at a world-wide leader in Biotechnology and Life Sciences, Promega Corp, Madison, WI, and was employed as the Sr Training Manager for Lands' End, Dodgeville, WI.
He has over 15 years of broad Human Resource and management expertise in the Direct Merchant arena, Retail, Finance, Biotechnology, and Professional Services and has held various positions in the areas of Recruitment, Employment Law, Employee Relations, Consulting, Strategic HR Planning, Performance Management Programs, Training/Development and Compensation. Zachary has several certifications within the training and development arena and has delivered 100+ seminars to date. Zachary is also certified as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) through AIRS, Inc. He has completed advanced certification from DILHR and is certified in Affirmative Action and Diversity Hiring.
Zachary has been a member of Society of Human resource Management (SHRM) for the past 13 years and serves on the board's Executive Committee as Past President -- Metro-Milwaukee SHRM. Metro Milwaukee SHRM is an association with 1000 members and 12 Board of Directors. In addition, he is an active member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and has previously served on the board of directors for JMB Properties.
