As a Senior Consultant with the Corporate Executive Board's Recruiting Roundtable, Brian De Groodt directed the Roundtable's HR technology research program. In this capacity, he provided in-depth, bias-free analysis of HR technologies to over 200 Roundtable members. As a previous search-recruiter and hiring management system veteran, Brian provided Roundtable members deep insight into accurately measuring internal business requirements against HCM market offerings. In addition, he assisted many global organizations in optimizing their return on existing HCM technology investments and saved companies millions by avoiding the 'rip and replace treadmill' and helping to achieve the original promise of efficiency and competitive advantage made by vendors.
