Ryan directs EnticeLabs' strategic vision and leads its talent team towards ever increasing levels of performance for its customers, partners, and shareholders. While still in college, Ryan founded and developed multiple Internet and tech businesses and drove them to multi-million dollar exits. Additionally, Ryan has spearheaded acquisitions and mergers for several startups he has directed. Ryan has worked for the smallest hot startups and the largest Fortune 500 companies. He has consulted in the US, Singapore and London for large corporations including Visa and Microsoft.

Steve is the Director of the Kevin and Debra Rollins Center for eBusiness and is also a Professor of Information Systems at the Marriott School of Management. Holder of a Ph.D. in Computer Science, he is an expert in information architecture, web development, practical application of computer systems, conceptual modeling, and e-business. Steve has actively developed software and consulted for major clients such as Intel, ACS, and U.S. Bancorp for more than two decades.

Ryan ensures that product design and development are not only in alignment with our strategic vision, but also exceed customer expectations and drive value. Even before coming to EnticeLabs, Ryan always chose work on projects that represented significant industry evolutions. Ryan was a major contributor to the Hula Open Source project, worked on SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop (SLED), and was involved in numerous other industry-shaping projects. Amidst many contributions at EnticeLabs, Ryan introduced the use of Rich Internet Application technology within our line of products and was integral to the design of our product segmentation points and release methedology. Additionally, Ryan has helped recruit, train and lead our exceptional engineering team.

Before coming to EnticeLabs David pioneered the development of 3D modeling software using innovative mathematical theories. In addition to playing a lead role in designing the system architecture, David is responsible for development of several key components including dynamic rich-media ad generation and proprietary targeting algorithms. David holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Computer Science.

Cardwell is an expert at designing and developing highly scalable web services. He has implemented solutions for clients such as Nike, the State of Utah, the State of Montana and multiple financial institutions. Cardwell's depth of knowledge and practical experience have been vital to the growth of the EnticeLabs ad network.

With more than 10 years consulting experience, Grant works at the intersection of business, technology, and art. His broad range of skills and talents, ranging from software engineering to graphic design and business strategy, make him uniquely effective in his current role. Grant manages the development of our brand and the creation of our company's face to the world. He is an unparalleled user interface designer, and ensures that the usability of our web-based products always exceeds expectations.

For more than a decade, Brandon has provided technical and operational consulting to numerous companies and has been an important player in the multi-million dollar harvests of several companies. Acting as Director of Technology and Operations Management at Deer Canyon, Brandon managed $200M+ projects and created project management systems for $350M+ in assets. Brandon has now brought his experience, skills, and drive to EnticeLabs, where he oversees key aspects of our growth and ensures that the infrastructure and all core systems can support our growth.

Mark is a trusted and experienced accounting professional with impeccable credentials as an accountant and controller. His positive, straightforward approach to solving problems, combined his attention to detail, are welcome attributes. He is well organized and understands what a start-up needs to thrive. One of our board members describes him as "a consummate professional." Mark holds a Bachelors degree in accounting.

In charge of strategic partnerships for business development, Joshua opens doors and gets results for the EnticeLabs team. Joshua is an entrepreneur who loves developing start-ups; he was VP of Strategy at another Web 2.0 start-up before joining EnticeLabs. Joshua graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University where he studied Chinese and Business.

Cory is involved with all aspects of business development at EnticeLabs. He helps with sales strategy, brand development, market research, and establishing key partnerships. Cory is an experienced salesman, manager, and entrepreneur. He has international business experience, and previously founded his own company. Cory holds a Bachelors degree in Economics.

Derek is an entrepreneur who brings enthusiasm and energy to the business development team. He works on market research, campaign management, and public relations. He has great sales skills, and loves to work hard. Derek is pursuing a Bachelors degree in Political Science at Brigham Young University, where he is currently president of the College Entrepreneurs Organization (CEO Club).

Brian is a senior software engineer with nearly two decades of programming and management experience. He is an expert in C++, Java, and ActionScript (Flex) programming languages on Windows and Linux, and excels at designing and implementing user interfaces for both desktop and web applications. Brian holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Ahsit is an intelligent, talented software engineer and system administrator. He is responsible for ensuring the continuous quality of the EnticeLabs product line, and he has led the QA and build team to automate best practices in this area. Ahsit holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and is working towards a second degree in Information Technology.
