EnticeLabs Releases TalentSeekr™ 2.0

TalentSeekr™ 2.0 (patent pending) introduces new features, including a powerful one-touch exposure control, improved performance summary graphs, and a streamlined user interface.

PROVO, Utah — Aug. 1, 2008 — EnticeLabs, Inc., a leading provider of online HR/talent sourcing software and services, today announced the availablity of TalentSeekr™ 2.0, an updated version of EnticeLabs' patent-pending targeted online recruiting service.

TalentSeekr™ 2.0 introduces several major new features, including:

• A powerful and simplified one-touch control for employers to specify the amount of exposure they want within the EnticeLabs CareerAds network.
• Updated performance graphs, including: (1) a job-listing performance graph that lets employers quickly assess how their listings are performing, (2) an employer summary graph that gives employers overall campaign performance at a glance, (3) an ad-group performance graph that summarizes publisher statistics in a single chart, and (4) a summary graph for publishers, giving them at-a-glance overviews of their performance across all ad groups.
• An easier-to-use, streamlined wizard for creating new job listings.
• The ability to create a new job listing by copying an existing listing and changing only those fields that are different.
• The ability to create a new job listing based on a previously-archived job listing.
• A new credits-based system for managing employer accounts and metering job listing ad traffic.
• Employers no longer need to deposit the full amount of each referral reward with EnticeLabs; employers will be billed for referral rewards only when they are to be paid out.
• The log-in process for all portals has been steamlined significantly, making the log-in process much faster. Also, customers can have their web browser remember their log-in credentials so that return visits authenticate automatically.

Current major customers include The Generations Network (MyFamily.com, Ancestry.com), Move Networks, Novell (NOVL), Omniture (OMTR), and Overstock.com (OSTK), among others.
