TalentSeekr™ (patent pending) uses powerful engagment pages to draw the attention and interest of potential job candidates.

Typical online ad campaigns use the concept of a landing page as a web page displayed to potential customers when they click on an ad. EnticeLabs goes beyond the usual notion of landing page, helping clients to intrigue, entice, and engage potential job candidates through enhanced “engagement pages,” like the one shown below.
Important information about the job listing is shown prominently at the top of the engagement page. The page immediately draws the visitor's attention through the use of interesting photos and videos. Company culture, which is a vital aspect of recruiting, is described on the left side of the page. More information about the company is given on the right side. A slide show and video about the company are displayed in the center of the page along with buttons that display more information about the job. Links to other jobs that are similarly targeted are displayed at the bottom of the page. Visitors can send a message to employers, submit a resume, bookmark the job for later retrieval, or refer a friend and receive a cash reward when the friend is hired.
Employers can customize the color scheme, background images, photos, text, and other aspects of the engagement page using a powerful job-listing creation wizard. No HTML or graphics design experience is required. Employers simply upload photos and copy/paste text into the wizard, and TalentSeekr™ does the rest.
Current major customers include The Generations Network (MyFamily.com, Ancestry.com), Move Networks, Novell (NOVL), Omniture (OMTR), and Overstock.com (OSTK), among others.
