TalentSeekr™ breaks its own record only 10 days after breaking its previous record of 115 impressions per resume.
PROVO, Utah — Jun. 16, 2008 — EnticeLabs, Inc., a leading provider of online HR/talent sourcing software and services, today announced a striking achievement in the world of targeted recruitment web advertising.
A key metric used in determining the performance of targeted job advertisements is the number of impressions per resume. The fewer the number of impressions expended per resume, the smaller the cost and time to hire. This key statistic is influenced by many factors (such as compensation offer, company appeal, ad targeting, and presentation) and varies across different employers and between different job listings for a single employer.
Previously, TalentSeekr™ by EnticeLabs had set a record of 115 impressions before delivering a quality resume. However, just 10 days later, a quality resume was submitted after only 97 impressions for a total cost of $0.73 to the employer.
