Dan R. Olsen, Jr. is a Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University. Dr. Olsen is recognized internationally for his leading-edge work in human-computer interaction. He has written more than 60 academic papers and books, and he has received numerous awards for his research. Dr. Olsen served as director of the Human-Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 1998, and he is an ACM Fellow.
